Providing solutions for problems related to battery recycling
The ARC Training Centre for Battery Recycling will address industry-centric challenges associated with battery recycling, including waste battery collection, transportation, storage, material refining, and reuse. This will be achieved through innovative, multi-disciplinary research over the next five years (2024–2029).

The ARC Training Centre for Battery Recycling will focus on five key themes that span the battery recycling chain.
All Themes will have a strong focus on translating and commercialising research outcomes, and providing industry partners and the wider Australian industry community with outputs that can provide a competitive edge worldwide.
